Jen’s cool disposition and optimism raises the spirit of both internal and external teams—a skill that seems more like an innate talent. Her career started at Hype Group, which grabbed the attention of Tampa agency, PPK, where she earned the title of Junior Art Director. Her work earned awards and attention for clients like Florida Lottery, Ark Naturals and PDQ. The proud owner of two Silver Graphis awards, Jen was drawn to the quirky yet determined Creative Team at &Barr.
