Advertising agency &Barr has sat on the shores of Lake EoIa for 65 years, and Pete Barr Sr. has been there since 1957, joining Chuck Fry and Bob Hammond to start the agency. Barr Sr. led the company until 2001, when he stepped away to run for mayor of Orlando in 2003. Pete Barr Jr. took over as president and CEO in 2001.
