Easily the most important person at &Barr, Karen is the first smiling face you see when you walk through our doors and the equally smiley voice you hear when you give us a call. As our Receptionist, she’s instrumental in setting the tone of the agency, greeting every client and each guest.
A testament to our family-like culture, Karen has been a beloved member of the &Barr family for over 27 years as she’s watched the agency grow and adapt. With a can-do attitude and ever-positive spirit, Karen has wielded her organizational skills as the Executive Assistant to Pete Barr, Sr. and then Pete Barr, Jr. Both then and today, she embodies nearly every single one of our core values, breathing optimism and friendliness into everything she does.
