A certified people-person, it makes perfect sense that Growth & Innovation Specialist Sergio Moises was drawn to &Barr’s human-first culture. A University of Central Florida graduate, Sergio’s time at 600 East Washington started over a year ago while he was still in college. He hit the ground running as an intern one summer at our Lake Eola office, and quickly realized the similarities between &Barr’s philosophies and his own—that driving innovation relies on forward motion. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sergio brings his bilingual skills to bear in his work, further enhancing his ability to connect with diverse clients. With experience in facilitating consumer research studies, he excels in strategic outreach, proposal development, and nurturing prospective client relationships. It’s this intuitive and reactive disposition that allows him to seize moments of opportunity while taking on the challenge of a client-focused role. When someone falls as naturally into their role as Sergio, it’s unsurprising to find a throughline in their work and personal interests. Whether he’s running strategy during a soccer game, researching the mythology of bygone days, or hitting the town with friends, Sergio spends his time appreciating what makes us most human: our relationships with one another
