As a Designer at &Barr, Kevin Lemke spends his days making sure everything from digital files to print is pixel-perfect, precisely produced, and polished. Whether it’s a neighborhood barbershop or a household name, he thrives on helping businesses tell their story through thoughtful, minimalist design. Before joining &Barr, Kevin built an impressive portfolio working with a diverse range of clients, from national brands like Skanska and Whole Foods Market to local institutions that make Orlando feel like home, such as Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream, Filigree Coffee, and Redlight Redlight. So, what brought him to &Barr? The same thing that keeps him in The City Beautiful — rich history, strong sense of community, and creative energy. Now, he’s channeling that passion into AdventHealth and SCCU, making an impact on the brands that shape Central Florida. When he’s not fine-tuning a design, you can find Kevin standing barricade at a hardcore concert, adding to his ever-growing vinyl collection, or hunting down the best espresso tonic in town. As if his handful of hobbies don’t keep him busy enough, he still finds time to travel abroad, collecting tattoos alongside his passport stamps and seeking out local artists who specialize in black ink body art.
