Gina Russo is, in a (hyphenated) word, detail-oriented. As &Barr’s Digital Ad Ops Coordinator, Gina builds detailed specification sheets that inform the agency’s creative team. She joins the &Barr team from IZEA, where she worked in influencer marketing—a shift that allows her to look at Digital Ad Operations with a fresh set of eyes. She’s also worked on a number of household names, including Walmart, Yamaha, Amazon, Nivea and The Children’s Place. Gina came to &Barr because of her belief in our community-focused philosophies—the same sort of philosophies that kept her busy volunteering at nonprofits like Feeding Children Everywhere during her time at UCF, where she graduated top of her class.
