&BARR – THE AGENCY OF CHOICE

As we barrel toward the end of 2021 and I reflect on the year, I can’t help but feel gratitude for all the blessings we have received at &Barr. I am grateful for our team, our clients, our partners and our founders.

At the end of 2020, we were all still in shock having worked through and survived one of the most challenging times of our lives. Even during the darkest moments of last year, we chose not to stay home and hide. We chose to work together—and never gave up. We worked hard to find our way through the uncertainty and were proud to be there supporting our client partners every day. Each day, we made a little headway so when the skies finally did begin to clear, we were already ahead of the curve.

As we started 2021, the bounce-back was in full motion. Soon, we had regular new client opportunities, and many became wins for &Barr. Early this year, our client list totaled 13—now I’m proud to say that list is 24. Our team thrived and grew this year as well. Eleven months ago, our team totaled a lean list of 30, and today, we have a talented team of 43 with seven open positions. I invite any interested in joining our growing, superstar team to apply here.
