Paddlefish enlisted our expertise to drive buzz of their extensive revamp, which involved a full renovation and a brand-new design that had transformed the 725-seat “vessel” into a modern yacht experience.

&Barr crafted and provided comprehensive event management for the VIP/Media Premier Grand Opening Party, which also included functioning as brand ambassadors during the event, as well as providing tours to key attendees and press.

Christening A New Dining Hot Spot

&Barr’s extensive efforts positioned Paddlefish as a top culinary choice for Walt Disney World guests and local Florida residents. We also generated as much buzz and awareness as possible, setting the stage for the “Premier Grand Opening” that drew 300+ influential community leaders, journalists, bloggers and influencers vetted by &Barr.
