“The role of Creative Director at &Barr, and in all marketing agencies, is not only an essential role in terms of daily operation and client success,” said &Barr President & CEO Pete Barr, Jr. “This role is also a reflection of who we are as an agency, and our Creative Director is largely responsible for expressing our philosophies, values and beliefs. These are the things that truly differentiate us, and Rob embodies all of the characteristics and leadership traits that make us proud of the work we do every day.”
“Great work benefits everyone,” said Bloom. “With what we do, everyone should be driven to step outside their comfort zone – creative, account service, our clients, everyone. &Barr is all about teamwork, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to challenge our team and clients together to think about business differently – to create something great and achieve more than we ever have before.”
